Essential cookies

Edith uses essential cookies for login sessions, CSRF protection, timezone, workspace and guidance preferences, review/share continuity, and security. These are needed for the service to work.

Analytics

We use Umami Analytics for privacy-friendly product analytics. Umami does not use analytics cookies and does not do cross-site tracking.

Support chat

When support chat is enabled, Edith loads Tawk.to. Tawk.to may use cookies or local storage and may process chat messages, contact details you provide, page context, and technical metadata. Do not send sensitive content in chat unless needed for support.

Controls

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of Edith may stop working. You can avoid support chat by not submitting messages through it.
