Data handling

  • We use providers only as needed to run, secure, support, and improve Edith.
  • Operational access to customer content is limited to support, security, reliability, legal, or billing needs.
  • Business workspace content is controlled by the business account and its authorised users.
  • Review and share links are bearer-style links. Account owners control who receives them and can revoke them in Edith.
  • Providers may process data internationally, with safeguards where required.

Retention

Account and workspace content is kept while active. After closure or termination, data may remain for limited export, recovery, backup, security, support, legal, or accounting periods before deletion, anonymisation, or expiry.

Changes

We update this page when subprocessors materially change.
